Refund policy

Every item is printed specifically for you once you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

Order issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us at groundcontrol@mach25.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem.

We will review the claim and if approved will offer a replacement or refund. We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds in every case.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows your order is lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange re-delivery.

Address issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Orders returned due to invalid or unclaimed addresses are not eligible for free reshipment. If we agree to reship, you may be responsible for the cost.

Cancellations & changes

Once an order goes into production, it usually cannot be changed or canceled. We will try to accommodate requests if caught early, but cannot guarantee success.
